General Questions

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

According to the hotel's cancellation policy, free cancellation is only possible if the reservation is not guaranteed by payment and was made 2–3 weeks prior to the check-in date. If the reservation is already guaranteed by a 50% or 100% prepayment (as agreed with the hotel), the paid amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
In case of high occupancy, the hotel reserves the right to request 100% prepayment 1–2 weeks before the arrival date in order to guarantee the booking.

Payment & Policies

Please note that all payments must be made in Libyan Dinar only. A guarantee deposit of 200 LYD is required upon check-in. If you use any additional hotel services, the cost will be deducted from this deposit. If not used, the full amount will be refunded on the day of check-out. Unused deposits must be collected on the check-out day; otherwise, the hotel will keep the deposit for a maximum of one month. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you are required to provide the payment receipt from the bank with an official stamp. If you prefer to pay in cash, the payment must be made in Libyan Dinar only.
